Peabody
Peabody has over 150 years of history and expertise and is responsible for approximately 66,000 homes in London and the South East. In addition to the provision of new high-quality homes, Peabody also delivers an extensive range of community programmes.
Peabody’s vision has been inspired by the response to the 'Cathy Come Home' era of poor-quality housing and poverty in Post-War Britain, as well as George Peabody's vision of providing safe and affordable housing for the working poor of Victorian London.
Peabody has a mission to make people’s lives better. It does this by developing and delivering reliably good modern services, building and maintaining the best quality developments, working with local communities and building long-term partnerships, and growing and using its position of influence to create positive change.
Peabody has been working on the scheme to regenerate St John’s Hill estate for the past ten years.

Mount Anvil
Mount Anvil has been selected by Peabody as its joint venture partner for the third and final phase of the St John’s Hill/Burridge Gardens redevelopment, as we wanted a developer known for delivering quality and Mount Anvil’s track record and reputation in London makes it the perfect fit. We are looking forward to working together with Mount Anvil to deliver a fantastic third and final phase.

Hawkins\Brown, the architect on the first two phases, has been chosen to lead the design of the final phase, supported by a full consultant team. Hawkins\Brown designs and delivers socially sustainable places that embrace their surroundings. It has experience on strategic and large-scale projects, which demonstrates an approach that is culturally aware, informed by research and rooted in experience. It will bring its deep knowledge and understanding of St John’s Hill into this third and final phase.

Rolfe Judd
Rolfe Judd Planning is a leading, London based independent planning consultancy, providing an informed and effective service to designers, landowners and developers. Its passion is helping to create and deliver successful places and buildings. Rolfe Judd works closely with all those involved in the planning and development process and it has a depth of experience on a diverse range of development projects across London and the UK.
Rolfe Judd will be pulling together the planning application for Phase 3, liaising with planning officers and working closely with the wider project team.
